Are you HIPAA compliant?

Yes, we comply with all HIPAA regulations.

Who does a patient call with billing inquiries?

They call us at (833) 888-7868. Please be sure to provide your patient with your dedicated practice collections agent’s extension.

Will there be a contract?

Yes, for your protection and ours. Don’t worry, though, there is a 30 day out clause that allows either party to terminate without cause with written notice.

Do you provide credentialing services?

Yes, we provide credentialing services. Depending on the required credentialing, there may be an additional charge.

Other Questions

Do you provide practice management services?

Yes. However, should you determine that this is a service you would like to use, a separate agreement would be required.

Do you provide consulting services for revenue cycle management?

Yes. Should you decide that all you need is a tune up and you would like to consult with us, you can engage us to review your billing and collections practices and we will happily advise you on how to more efficiently engage in your revenue cycle management process.

Do you charge extra for monthly statements, re-bills and denied claims?

No, we do not. You are only charged once for each date of service billed.
